Michael J. Amoroso is an experienced attorney who devotes his practice to Life & Estate Planning.

Mr. Amoroso’s previous professional experience includes having served for a number of years as Senior Attorney in the estate planning and elder law department of a prominent New York City law firm. In addition, Mr. Amoroso possesses a strong background in financial planning having worked for a major Wall Street investment bank where he counseled business clients and high net-worth individuals in the areas of tax planning, retirement planning and asset preservation.

Mr. Amoroso is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Florida as well as Washington D.C. He is a graduate of Fairfield University (B.A., 1987) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D., 1992), where he served as a member of the law school’s distinguished Honor Council. He is also an active member of the American Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Trusts and Estates and Elder Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association, and the Trusts and Estates Section and Elder Law Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association.

In addition, Mr. Amoroso has authored numerous articles and frequently appears as a guest speaker at community groups and professional organizations, lecturing on a wide array of life & estate planning topics. He also shares his legal expertise in an "of counsel" capacity to several law firms throughout the New York metropolitan area.
